Would you rather be given a MacBook or a Dahon folding bike?

My parents are getting me either a Dahon Bike or a Apple Macbook. We are moving next month so this gift will be like a birthday gift moving gift and straight a gift. Which would you rather wont.
(I live in Michigan and I am moving to Arizona)
So I will be outside a lot. I already have a computer but it is a dell xps desktop which i love but i want to be more portable for like just like sitting on the couch or on the porch instead of being in my room. I would also use it for school

I have been looking at these bikes that are made from a compny called Dahon. When i was in Paris last summer, we took a biking tour of the city and we rode those bikes and they were superb. I already have a bike that is big and like a mountain bike but it is like 3 years old.

Which do you think is better for me?

Ok it would be helpful to know are you going to get a road bike a cruiser a mountain bike or what. I live in az and there are superb places to mountain bike: trail 100 in the phoenix mountains, the national trail aka the teacher of terror at south mountain, the mcDowl mountain loop I could go on forever. Road biking there are also tons of great routes to road bike on pike paths and little roads along the cannals … I am not sure about how michigan is set up but unfortunately az is way to spread out to be biking for transportation if that what you had in mind So a you can see tons of great places to bike however the downside is the summer heat. I can take it because I have lived here my whole life but even most who have typically dont venture out to ride there bike or do to much of anything during the summer, I can garuntee you that you will not be sitting on the porch outside with your computer in the summer lol. I also have a mac book I love it spend tons of time on it as well especially during the summer. They are excellent machines that can do everything especially if you like making/ editing movie and that type of stuff. I made a 30 min movie of highlights from different mountain bike trips from around az with it =) if you let me know what bike you plan on getting or what general area of az you are moving to I could try and let you know a little more hope i could help
how bout try sellin ur dell xps desktop and ur 3 yrs bike and try gettin both the dahon bike and apple macbook!!!

You already have a bike, but you do not have a portable computer.

You can take your Macbook with you on your bike trips.
I liked Pistons Lover’s answer a lot! Sell what you’ve got and get both. Then, you only have to prioritize which you want your parents to spring for as a gift, and therefore probably get sooner.

Try craigslist or eBay… both can be really great tools to get the most for your used stuff. Shop and know your prices first. If you’re short, check out the games you don’t play anymore and other stuff you’ve outgrown, and work your materials!
I would wait untill you move, you may change your mind on what you need when you get there.
