World’s fastest folding bike – sort of.

Not the fastest folding bike point-to-point, but the fastest to fold and unfold. It's the Bike Friday Tikit which they claim can be folded up in 5 seconds.

It's nicely demonstrated in the video clip above, that shows it's possible to arrive, fold and and then unfold the bike, and take off again in 17 seconds.
