		<description>I would say that a good quality flat bar road bike could do the trick. In other words, a road sport bike that is built on a road-bike frame with road-bike components, but with a flat bar instead of the down-turned racing bars. There are quite a few brands out there like that. Go to a decent bike shop and run this by them. I am sure they could set you up with something. Good luck.</description>
