Which bike tire : Continental Traffic 08 or Kenda Small Block 8?

I have a Giant Yukon, have been riding over 3000KM, planing to replace the default Michelin Country Trail (1.95) recently .
Never offroad, 95% on asphalt and 5% concrete road, normally not going out when the road is wet, but sometimes hard to avoid get rainny on the way,
price I can get for Traffic is USD15 dollars and USD10 for Kenda ( both no-folding version) , therefore, is any one with experience of both can offer your opinions, which one is better choice ?
Especially on downhilling or cornering asphalt and wet road surface, your kindly sharing shall be appreicated !!
