Those were probably made in switzerland. Go on yahoo search and look up some old swiss folding bikes. Find one that is identical to yours (except it won’t say ll bean) and you will be able to find more info when you find out what brand the bike is. I stand to be corrected, but I would think that it is worth up to $20 in riding condition, and pretty worthless if it is not in riding condition. Depending on where you live, it may cost money to get someone to dump it. Recycling places always refuse my bikes and parts because they are made of all kinds of alloys, and the recyclers are not sure what the metals even truly are. On a level of refurb, It is hard to find parts for those to fix them, and on the supply and demand level: There is little to no demand because I’m not sure what the purpose of the folding bike even is, besides putting it in a trunk. Cyclists don’t burn oil anyway, and quick release hubs, and seat posts makes it just as easy to put a standard bike in a trunk as a folding bike.
