Is there a cheap folding bike that folds like a Brompton?
I just need a foldable bike which folds like Brompton (16" or 20"), which is cheap (manufactured in China etc.). Doesn't have to be good quality and stuffs, just decent. Don't need fancy gears also. Just light-weight (below 15kg max.), durable, cheap. Thanks so much!

Cheap folding bikes will not be good quality, or light. Durability will be poor and the folding mechanism will be flimsy. On average, folding bikes cost more to make than conventional bikes of the same quality, so they cost more to buy.
Mtlbiker, Im going to have to disagree with you on this one, for the most part you are correct, but NO thumbs down….
Wle, they were as low as $200 for the single speed version as of Feb of this year and no one else that I know of sells them as cheap as we do…..
This Dahon would be your only and best alternative for what you seek: It actually is good quality and the locking mechanisms are in good working order and the bike does not weigh a ton. It is a single speed too. The quality of this Made in China bike is actually fairly decent for both price and material and not all that heavy.
Being that you mentioned "Brompton" I assume you want a compact folding bike. Dahon doesn’t make any. I am also assuming that you are from the UK or somewhere in Europe which means that you pay about double what we pay in the U.S. for the same bike.
Something below 15kg (33 pounds) will be quite hard to find for a low cost, but you might want to try Evans Cycles in and around London. They had some folding bikes made for them under the Pinnacle name and I understand that they are selling pretty cheap.
