Is the Schwinn Clear Creek the same as the Motiv Newport?

I've seen the Schwinn Clear Creek Comfort/Hybrid bike in Target and I also have seen a bike made by Motiv called the Newport and they look almost identical.

Does anyone know if Schwinn and Motiv are "related"?
