Recommedations for a small adult folding bicycle?

im a medium built, 5ft 4inches tall, 78kg I want to buy a small folding bike..which is better 16 or 20 inches wheel? does a child seat suited for this kind of bike? and is it safe? are these kind of bikes last long? is it good to use around the city??? please give advise before i spent a fortune!!!! and dont regret later on???
my husband wants the 26 inches folding mountain bike...but i think thats very bulky and heavy to carry... he will pay for the bike if i chose what he wants.. im considering it..but i want to know the experiences of the people who are riding the small adult folding bike... please give some suggestions... advice...ta!

unless your traveling a ton and stuffing a folding bike into a suitcase or something, your probably going to regret buying one. Do you actually NEED a folding bike, or do you just somehow think it could be useful?

if your not going to be folding it, dont buy a folding bike. i see this guy every day on the bike path riding his folding bike, and its quite obvious if he rides it daily, he should have gotten something else.
Anything that is good is very expensive and wont have a place to put a child seat.
