2009 Puma Glow Rider Probably one of the weirdest production bikes you can buy. This is a full size single speed bike. It’s a folding bike, it has disk brakes, and the “downtube” is a double cable that unhooks to lock the bike. Oh, and did I mention that it also glows in the dark!!! The milky green paint is the type that when exposed to light it retains and radiates an errie green glow for hours. This is more of a gimmick than a practical safety feature as it has to be pitch dark to really show the effect. It is very cool though, glowing in the basement when you turn out the lights. The bike unlatches to fold in half so you can store it in a smaller area or transport it in the trunk or back of your car. It fits into the back of my MINI Cooper just fine. The fat balloon white wall tires give a nice ride for your cruising pleasure. I swapped out the original stem and bars(included with sale) to give it a better look, feel, and control while riding. Also included are front and rear lights, the keys for the locking cable and the owners manual. The bike is virtually new with less than 5 miles on it. The bike was designed and made by Biomega and sold under the Puma brand. You can Google it online to find additional info. If you can find one, they retail for $1600! Starting bid is way less than half. This is a quality made bike that gets a lot of attention. I really like this bike, but my bike collection is in overload and is in need of a reduction.
