Is the DAHON folding bike company publicly traded? Would shares be available?

I don't think they are publicly traded, but there is another folding bike company soon to come up that I invested heavily in. Their prototype stuff is out of this world and competes easily with the likes of Dahon, Giant, and Brompton. They are developing patents for some of their breakthrough design work.
Northstar Cycles is a privately held company but is looking for investment grade members.
