I want to start riding a bike for exercise, can i buy a schwinn or do i need an expensive bike, and why?
What benefit do i get from buying a nice expensive bike over say a schwinn or huffy? I plan on riding a bike probably 2-3 times a week for exercise.

You want to get a bike from the bike shop. The Schwinn bikes at Walmart are low quality on only come in one size. If the bike is the wrong size or poorly made it wont be ridden.
