Discount on car insurance for bike commuting?

Does anyone know if there is a discount for car insurance if I commute by bike 9-10 months out of the year? I only drive about 6000 miles per year.

  1. No. I've seen commuting discounts if you turn in monthly bus passes, but I haven't seen one for bike commuting. You're stuck with just the rating for 6K miles a year, and a pleasure use class.
