How to assemble this folding bike?

I won a folding bike from the ebay store 98-store. Also comes under Acme Manufacturing and fantasycart.com. The bike looks cool, I just can't figure out how to put it together. They have no instructions (I called to check). Does anyone have one of these or know how it works? The only brand name I could find anywhere on it is Yinxang.
