		<description>BIrdy, Bikefriday and Moulton are the big three names in the world of small wheeled bikes. Moulton is not really a folder, it comes apart though. Moulton and Bikefriday have the reputation as being the closest ride to a regular bike. 

BIrdy is only a touch behind the other two as far as ride goes, but folds up the best of the three.

All these bikes have been loaded up with panniers and ridden across continents. The small wheels are just about indestructible. There is quite a fanatical following from devoted users.

Performance is surprising good. Set up right, they are only a tad slower than most road bikes.
